HUACHUAN Die Casting (Dujiangyan Huachuan Die Casting Co., Ltd.) has supplied zinc and aluminum alloy parts in Sichuan for more than 20 years. The 8,000 m² plant runs 7 die casting machines from 280T to 580T, 23 CNC machining centers and 22 CNC lathes, and provides one-stop tool development, die casting, CNC machining and surface finishing. Annual capacity is 3,000 t and monthly output is 500,000 finished parts, certified to ISO 9001.

Die Casting Production Process
Die Design
Die casting dies are designed from customer drawings, with the parting line, gating system and ejection structure reviewed.
Die Casting
The die casting machine injects molten aluminum alloy into the die cavity under high pressure to form raw castings.
CNC Machining
Raw castings are CNC machined to ensure critical dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Surface Finishing
Sand blasting, polishing, painting, plating and other finishing processes as required.
Quality Inspection
Dimensions, appearance and performance are inspected to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 requirements.
Packing & Shipping
Qualified parts are packed and shipped to customer requirements, with Chengdu logistics supporting fast delivery.
