Dujiangyan Huachuan Die Casting Co., Ltd. is located in Dujiangyan, Chengdu, Sichuan, and is a core custom zinc and aluminum alloy die casting manufacturer in Southwest China. With more than 20 years in the die casting industry, the company operates complete modern production facilities and a standardized production system, and has passed ISO 9001:2015 international quality system certification and IATF 16949. The plant covers 8,000 m², with a stable annual die casting capacity of 3,000 t and monthly output of up to 500,000 pcs, meeting customer needs for high-volume production, small-batch customization and new-product prototyping. The company specializes in aluminum alloy die casting, zinc alloy die casting, CNC precision machining and various surface finishing processes. Its products are widely used in new energy vehicles, conventional automotive parts, motorcycle parts, home appliance structural parts, LED lighting, communications equipment, medical devices, general machinery and many other fields.

Company History

Since it was founded in 2003, HUACHUAN Die Casting has continued zinc and aluminum alloy die casting manufacturing in Chengdu, gradually established a standardized production system, and steadily expanded its die casting, CNC machining and quality inspection capabilities.
