Production Process
HUACHUAN Die Casting (Dujiangyan Huachuan Die Casting Co., Ltd.) completes every stage of a die casting, from tool design to inspection and shipping, in its Chengdu plant. Our service model is one-stop: tool design — die casting — CNC machining — surface finishing — inspection and shipping, keeping quality and lead times under control.
We design the die casting tool from the customer's part drawings and requirements, evaluating the parting line, gating system, cooling system and ejection structure as the basis for the following production.
Die casting machines inject molten aluminum alloy and zinc alloy into the die cavity under high pressure, forming the raw casting, with process parameters strictly controlled to safeguard product quality.
Raw castings go through precision CNC machining to remove excess material and secure key dimensional accuracy and surface quality to drawing tolerances.
Sandblasting, polishing, spray coating and electroplating are applied per product requirements to improve appearance and corrosion and wear resistance.
Finished parts are inspected for dimensions, appearance and performance under the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and IATF 16949 requirements, so that only qualified parts are shipped.
Qualified parts are packed to customer requirements and shipped, using Chengdu's transport and logistics network to reach customers in the Chengdu-Chongqing area and across China efficiently.
