To thoroughly implement the 2026 student-assistance work plan of the Dujiangyan Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation and the Communist Youth League Municipal Committee, and to give full play to the professional coordinating role of a public welfare organisation, on August 20 the Dujiangyan Shanxing Public Welfare Service Center, drawing on the caring resources of its director unit Dujiangyan Huachuan Die Casting Co., Ltd., completed this year's disbursement of student-assistance and care funds. With a professional student-support system built up over more than ten years, it has secured local students' schooling.

As a local public welfare institution that has worked in the student-support field in Dujiangyan for more than ten years, Shanxing Public Welfare has always adhered to the working principles of "household surveys, precise matching and follow-up throughout". In this activity HUACHUAN Die Casting precisely matched eight supported students covering every stage of schooling: one sixth-grade student at Paotongshu Primary School; two students in total from Puyang Middle School (Grade 7) and Chongyi Middle School (Grade 9); three students in total from Liujie Middle School (Grade 8), Bayi Juyuan High School (Grade 11) and Yucai Middle School (Grade 12); and two students in total from Dujiangyan Middle School (Grade 10) and Suining Energy Vocational College (third year). Funding this time applies differentiated care standards by stage of schooling: primary and middle school students receive RMB 3,000 per person per year and university students receive RMB 4,000 per person per year, with a total of RMB 28,000 disbursed for the year.

As of 2026, Shanxing Public Welfare together with its director unit HUACHUAN Die Casting has raised and disbursed more than RMB 300,000 in student-assistance funds in total. Over more than ten years it has successively built a stable ladder of study support for Dujiangyan students from primary school to university; all student-assistance funds are publicly disclosed throughout the process and paid directly into the students' accounts under their real names, ensuring that every contribution is precisely delivered.

This student-assistance action is the core project implemented under Shanxing Public Welfare's "Growing Seedlings" public welfare plan. It fully activates the local caring resources of the director unit HUACHUAN Die Casting and, through the professional service capability the public welfare organisation has built up over more than ten years, turns scattered caring forces into systematic assistance services, putting the concept of "supporting intelligence and empowering people" into practice. Next, Shanxing Public Welfare will continue to tap the caring enterprise resources in its area, work with the Huachuan Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation to explore more diversified student-assistance models, keep polishing the local student-assistance public welfare brand it has developed for more than ten years, and continue to inject solid and reliable public welfare strength into Dujiangyan's work of caring for the next generation.
