WORK BRIEFING (Growing Seedlings · Student Support)

To carry out the 2026 student-support plan of the Dujiangyan Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation and the Communist Youth League Municipal Committee, and to make full use of the coordinating role of a charity organization, on August 20 the Dujiangyan Shanxing Public Welfare Service Center, with the support of its member company Dujiangyan Huachuan Die Casting Co., Ltd., completed this year's disbursement of student-support funds. A student-support system built up over more than ten years has helped local students stay in school.

As a local charity that has worked in student support in Dujiangyan for more than ten years, Shanxing Public Welfare follows the principles of "home visits, precise matching and end-to-end follow-up". In this activity HUACHUAN Die Casting matched eight students covering every stage of schooling: one sixth-grade student at Paotongshu Primary School; one Grade 7 student at Puyang Middle School; one Grade 9 student at Chongyi Middle School; one Grade 8 student at Liujie Middle School; one Grade 11 student at Bayi Juyuan High School; one Grade 12 student at Yucai Middle School; one Grade 10 student at Dujiangyan Middle School; and one third-year student at Suining Energy Vocational College. This year's funding follows different standards by stage: primary and secondary school students receive RMB 3,000 per person per year, and university students receive RMB 4,000 per person per year, for a total of RMB 28,000 for the year.

By 2026, Shanxing Public Welfare and its member company HUACHUAN Die Casting had raised and disbursed more than RMB 300,000 in student-support funds. Over more than ten years it has built a stable ladder of study support for Dujiangyan students from primary school to university. All student-support funds are publicly disclosed and paid directly into the students' own accounts, so every contribution reaches the student it is intended for.

This student-support initiative is the core project of Shanxing Public Welfare's "Growing Seedlings" charity program. It brings together the local support of its member company HUACHUAN Die Casting and, through the professional service capability the charity has built up over more than ten years, turns scattered individual support into a coordinated program that puts the idea of "supporting education and empowering people" into practice. Next, Shanxing Public Welfare will continue to build corporate support in its area, work with the Huachuan Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation to explore more varied student-support models, strengthen the local student-support charity brand it has built over more than ten years, and continue to contribute solid, reliable charity work to Dujiangyan's care for the next generation.
